We are currently interviewing potential candidates in BC, AB and SK who have both sales experience and excellent networking skills.
Main Street Magazines publishes customized, content-ready, digital magazines that provide businesses with a powerful marketing strategy that serves two primary functions:
1)a monthly value-added corporate newsletter that they send to their current customers and,
2)as a lead generating tool to attract new customers.
Our innovative business model provides the local business community with a unique and exclusive partnership opportunity. Each one of the niche magazines is limited to just 20 local participating businesses and we allow just one business per category.
Your responsibility as the Associate Publisher will include:
· identifying key local accounts (starting with your warm market)
· presenting our digital magazines and the exclusive partnership opportunity
· closing the sale and most importantly,
· servicing the client for the life of the agreement. Client retention is a major component of this position.
The ideal candidate will be actively involved with the local business community and possess excellent customer service skills. You must have experience in sales and marketing.
This is a contract-based position which pays up to $72,000 per year with additional bonuses and profit sharing potential. You must be proficient with computers, the internet, emailing and MS Office software.
