Position Description
The Operations Coordinator position is an integral part of a successful sales team in our branch offices. This position ensures operational excellence by supporting both internal and external customers. The main focus of this position is to assist the sales team with managing carrier information and ensuring the accuracy of load information within our systems.

Responsibilities
-Customer and carrier follow-up
- Answer incoming calls
- Schedule appointments
- Dispatch loads
- Audit load information
- Complete customer requests
- Administrative projects as needed
- Tracking/Tracing
- AR

Required Qualifications
-Ability to follow customer's individual guidelines
- Effective communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multi-task
- Decision making and problem solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage time
- 2 years of Operations or Customer Service experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent

Preferred Qualifications
-Bachelors degree or equivalent industry experience
- Previous industry experience
