Project Systems Manager (MY CJ)

Reporting to the Project Manager the Project Systems Manager will:

Plan and coordinate all systems activities, including Information & Communications Technology (ICT) and applications deployment & support, for the project, including:

-Allocation of project systems personnel, including numbers, location and role
-Definition of the communication requirements between project sites and participants, including network architecture, infrastructure and data transfer
-Identification of project systems to fulfill business process requirements
-Definition of the information management plan, including contractual obligations, for deliverables handover
-Delineation of systems and services provided by Company versus those provided by the client or JV partner organizations
-Identification of regulatory, contractual, licensing or geographic systems challenges
-Scope and duration of systems to support project site activities
-Implications to project systems resulting from distributed work-sharing execution
-Identification of potential risks to the project outcome, resulting from systems or infrastructure architecture, and planning to mitigate these risks






Qualifications


- A degree or diploma in an engineering discipline or IT related field
- Experience within an EPC/EPCM company
-Knowledge of the fundamentals of project execution, including project controls, EPCM processes, contracting and engineering management
-Understanding of typical project systems implementation / integration requirements.
-The ability to transfer user requirements into working systems.
-Ability to co-ordinate staff to work towards project goals.
-Ability to determine priorities, make decisions, implement management systems
-Ability to interpret, write and apply procedures
-Availability to travel when required
