| ALTERNATIVE ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE IDEAL POSITION FOR MARKETING AND SALES GRADUATES! Our client, a prominent player in the tobacco industry, is looking for a dynamic team player to join our sales force in their marketing division. The company offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary, exceptional benefits, a company car and the opportunity to work with a company committed to investing in the career aspirations and training and development of its employees. This position consists of rotating territorial assignments in order to fill in for vacations, leaves of absence, to cover open territories and other out of territory assignments for our Account Representatives. You will establish close business relationships with our trade partners and execute corporate plans by maximizing visibility, quality and competitive pricing of our brands. Your main responsibilities will be: * To secure and accurately capture sales orders from retailers. * To fulfill market demand for tobacco products by maintaining ideal inventory levels and achieve distribution targets for the given brand portfolio. * To ensure that objectives in terms of availability, visibility, volume, margin, quality and consumer price of products are achieved. * To ensure the effective and efficient implementation of marketing cycle activities. * To negotiate contracts with retailers, respond to their enquiries and monitor contract compliance. QUALIFICATIONS: * Must have a University degree, college diploma in marketing, business or related field. * Experience in sales of consumer packaged goods an asset * Good Business Acumen * Salesmanship, marketing and negotiations skills * Good computer skills * Valid driver’s license and willing to travel * Possess the desire or ability to be mobile in this national market. | |
