| OFF SITE CARETAKER Cerebral Palsy Association in Alberta OFF SITE CARETAKER Gull Lake, Alberta The Cerebral Palsy Association in Alberta is a collaborative partner with community agencies/ organizations in advocating on behalf of individuals with cerebral palsy and other disabilities. The off site Caretaker will handle general maintenance for our vacation rental property. Resident Manager/Caretaker is responsible for operational performance of vacation unit. Responsibilities: Villa Cleaning & Inspections The villa, on becoming vacant, should be cleaned thoroughly and properly for the new quest. Repairs and Maintenance This would include general and minor repairs, and electrical and plumbing repairs. Those items which require the use of an outside trade are to be brought to the attention of the CPAA Administration. Garbage Removal All building garbage and recyclables should be placed for pick-up at the appropriate times and days. Lawn and Ground Maintenance The property must be kept clean and free of litter and debris at all times. Grass cutting, trimming, gardening and watering must be carried out regularly and as scheduled. All entrances, paths, sidewalks and stairways must be kept completely clear of snow and ice. Building Plumbing, Heating and Mechanical Systems The routine checks, adjustments, lubrication and filter cleaning should be undertaken as required. Maintaining Inventory of Supplies and Equipment Building inventory should be monitored and supplies recorded. Building tools and equipment are the responsibility of the Superintendent and proper handling, use and care are to be observed.
