| Division Controller Division Controller - Great Corporate Culture Our Edmonton public company client is currently in search of a Division Controller. Reporting to the Corporate Controller you will provide leadership for the division finance team in the company’s largest division. Your responsibilities will include budgeting, financial reporting, process improvement and assisting in the development of new processes to support the continued growth of this exceptional company. Core Duties: * As Division Controller you will prepare detailed analysis of financial results in comparison to budget on a monthly basis * Assist in the development of financial reports to meet public company reporting standards * Ensure an adequate system of internal controls for financial reporting is maintained * Identify opportunities for process improvement * Mentor finance team members Required Skills: * Formal accounting designation (preferably a CMA) * 5 or more years of Industry Accounting experience * Use of AccPac or advanced ERP system would be an asset * Strong analytical and Excel skills * Ability to work well within a Finance team * Exposure to IFRS would be an asset Salary: Exceptional salary and bonus plan for the ideal candidate If you would enjoy working in a fast paced public company, you aspire to the role of being a Divisional Controller and contributing to the success of a large organization as a valued team member, please send your resume and cover letter to Dave Kastelic.
