| Operations & Engineering Manager Job Description – Operations & Engineering Manager Applicants must have the following background: • Must posess an Engineering degree, or an engineering background with a degree from any country • A management degree is desirable and over 5 years in managerial position is prefered • Must have experience in the oil & gas or related industry • Experience and knowledge in international trade, such as customs and freight is a must • Knowledge in low cost country sourcing is manditory • Fluent in both English and Mandrain Chinese • Able to work with MS network and Linux system Job duties include: Import & export of raw materials, design of equipment, management of employees both administartation and engineering, optimization of assembly lines, coordinating for service work and mangaging the office staff. To be the go to guy for the ParaSolve team. In charge of import / export of products and goods to China, and to negociate contracts for new suppliers and reducing costs on materials from China. Maintain the company computer network when required. Some travel overseas required. Compensation: $55,000 salary plus health care benifits. Profit sharing program, 1% of sales. | |
