| Sales Manager – SAP / Microsoft Dealer Management Software (B1DMS) Sales Manager - B1 Dealer Management Systems - Join our team to market B1DMS/Canada; a revolutionary new business management software solution for auto/truck, commercial, agricultural, and marine and recreational vehicle dealers in North America. Many are now looking for new business software solutions to better control vehicle procurement and distribution while offering their Sales Staff improved tools to better service customers and increased sales. B1DMS is an end-to-end Dealer Management System that is changing how vehicles of all kinds are ordered, sold, and serviced. We have optimized this proven SAP small business accounting and financial system with a powerful SAP vehicle and client life cycle management architecture, specifically designed for Dealers. Summary of position: The B1DMS Sales Manager is responsible to introduce and sell B1DMS software solutions to Dealers in the assigned geography. This position is directly responsible to identify all Dealers located in the assigned area, contact the Owner(s) and Sr. Staff of each Dealership, present the SAP B1DMS Dealer Management Systems value proposition, coordinate product demonstrations with our technical engineers, facilitate requirements gathering, proposal development and presentation, sale of the project, and participation in project delivery as an advocate for the Dealer Management Team. The primary focus is to establish B1DMS solutions as the preferred Dealer Management System in the assigned territory. This position is responsible to: 1. Complete our online B1DMS/SAP solution training program - 20-30 hours 2. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing plan for the assigned geography 3. Acquire and maintain a complete knowledge of all competitive conditions, not only as it relates to pricing but new product development, promotions, and changes in product solutions by our major competitors 4. Manage client relationships at the highest level within each Client/Dealer organization 5. Target and direct all sales activity compliant with B1DMS guidelines, policies, and procedures 6. Report activities, opportunity pipeline, and client detail on a weekly basis Skills and Abilities: • Must be professional and articulate • Must have knowledge of business software marketing and/or auto dealer management systems • Must be available to travel to individual Dealers within assigned territory and follow the documented SAP/B1DMS Solution Selling Methodology • Must be able to understand and support complex project structures, pricing formulations, structured proposal development initiatives, and detailed project plan development • Must be able to meet market penetration, project, and revenue targets Experience/Education: • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent work experience • 5-15 years business development experience or dealer industry work experience • Auto industry, Heavy Truck, Agriculture industry, or Marine industry experience a plus, but, not required • General computer skills - email, word processing, spreadsheet, presentations, etc. Travel: • 25% developing relationships with Dealer clients within assigned geography • Remaining time spent working from your home office or location of your choice Compensation: • Earn sales commission based on full project revenue including software, hardware & services • Project cost ranges from $100,000 to $250,000 depending on each Dealer’s requirements • Also, participate in the B1DMS company profit sharing plan and the growth of our great team Thank you for your review and consideration of this great career opportunity marketing and helping us sell solutions from the world’s largest and most recognized software brands – SAP and Microsoft.
