Housing Consultant

Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, incumbent will be responsible for sales and marketing of new and pre-owned modular homes in the Cold Lake region. Key Responsibilities:

• Meet and exceed sales targets
• New & pre-owned home sales
• Customer relations
• Implement marketing strategies

Requirements:
• Sales and Marketing experience a definite asset
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly motivated, self directed, and proactive
• Computer proficiency an asset
