| Insurance Broker re you a team player with a customer service focus? Are you interested in joining a dynamic company where you can grow your career? Western Financial Group is seeking an Insurance Broker to join their insurance team in Edson, AB. Your previous sales experience and outstanding customer service and communication skills, combined with your ability to adapt and thrive in a fast paced, team oriented environment will be essential to your success. Key responsibilities include: • Insurance Sales & Customer Service o Cross sell Western Financial Group’s wide range of products o Negotiate with insurance companies on individual accounts o Establish and maintain strong trusting relationships with clients and external insurance companies o Review policy coverage and offer enhancements o Monitor insurance claims to ensure they are resolved in a fair and timely manner o Monitor and resolve all credit or collection activity for assigned clients • Prior sales experience (preferably in insurance related products) • Intermediate level computer skills, including MS Office; experience with TAM (The Agency Manager) is an asset • Minimum General Insurance Level 1 License preferred Western Financial Group offers competitive salary, group benefits plan, minimum 3 weeks vacation, personal days, a comprehensive employee assistance program, education and training opportunities, the chance to work for a company dedicated to giving back to the community and more!
