| Focus Test Engineer Issue value-added focus test and competitor benchmark performance reports * Process Support Support LEAN initiatives and apply to daily functions Provide input/suggestions on how to improve efficiencies Strive to reduce turn around time from placement of tires to reporting results * Quality Support Report any product quality opportunities in a timely manner Communicate any customer performance opportunities through the proper channels in a timely manner Recommend alternative products where appropriate 50%-65% travel Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Technical Field • Practical understanding of science and technology in the appropriate discipline. • Proficiency in statistical design and analysis; cause and effect analysis and risk analysis. • Ability to carry out assignments in a logical fashion using existing technology and standardized methods. • Basic organization, communication, and experimentation skills. • Bilingual in English and French Tasks: • Assist in the development of new concepts • Lead implementation of new technology with current department • Translate product needs to experimental data or design parameters • Contribute to manufacture of quality products and processes • Work with teams and product groups to bring technology to market • Develop and define project goals to meet specific business needs • Work with teams and product groups to bring technology to market • Communicate written/verbal information or data to other associates | |
