| Virtual One Consultant Plan and lead network project installations and upgrades Assist other technicians in resolving complex network hardware and software issues Perform advanced network troubleshooting to determine and resolve the root cause of Virtualization Technology Advanced knowledge of Citrix, VMware, Windows 2000/2003/2008 Server Be responsible for the ongoing development and enhancement of the Technical Implementation Guide Customer presentations and input into customer proposals Generating Professional Services (consulting) revenue Working with medium/large compugen customers developing virtual solutions Provide sales support and technical validation of V1 solutions Must have the following Citrix certifications: CCEA (Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator) or CCIA (Citrix Certified Integration Architect). Must have MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional) designation Preference for MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) designation Preference for VCP (VMware Certified Professional) designation College or University education in Electronics or Computer Science and/or over six (6) Years of related job experience or equivalent; especially in the implementation of virtualization based solutions. Superior written and verbal communication skills Ability to define and document practices and procedures consistently and accurately A sense of urgency to complete tasks and assignments Strong ability to transfer knowledge to other technicians and team members Strong ability to diffuse customer situations and project a positive and confident outlook High level of integrity and honesty Superior time management skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle | |
