| Field Lot Patroller We are the largest parking equipment supplier in Canada and though Precise extends across the country, we manage several parking facilities in Edmonton and surrounding area. We offer parking equipment in many forms and provide parking solutions to many property owners. We can provide something as simple as a parking meter for rent, lease, or purchase all the way up to something as large as a full-service management of any facility. You can expect to be trained for this position over the course of a weeks’ time and should be able to work on your own shortly thereafter. This position has come available because of growth within our company and is considered an entry level position within our operations team, though there is opportunity for advancement in the future. The successful applicant for this position will be a representative of our company and therefore must meet the highest standards in regards to attitude, presentation, and image. It is understood that standard uniform (provided) will be worn at all times. This position is both in and outdoors, therefore it is the responsibility of this person to ensure they are dressed for the weather. This position includes but is not limited to the following: - Patrolling facilities as instructed to ensure proper rules and regulations of that facility are being followed by patrons. Issuing violations to those patrons who are not within these said guidelines. Assisting patrons in understanding equipment and operations of the facility. - General cleaning of facility as instructed and possible small repairs to equipment or signage. - Possible cash collection, meter repairs, receipt replacement, and monitoring. No previous experience is necessary, but any previous patrolling or field personnel employment in this regard will be noted. Applicant must be bondable, have a valid driver’s license, and have clear driving record. Please provide previous work experience and list educational background. Applicant must have excellent time management, organization skills, ability to make unsupervised decisions, communication skills, and a willingness to learn and grow as our company does. | |
