| (CL1091M) LAWYERS (ALL LEVELS) - OIL & GAS GROUP LAWYERS (JUNIORS AND SENIORS – OIL & GAS GROUP LOCATION: Calgary, Alberta SALARY: OPEN, commensurate with experience BENEFITS: Full benefits package is included EXPERIENCE: A minimum of one (1) year Our Client, a prominent Canadian Law Firm with a solid foundation in the field of energy – Oil & Gas – is seeking several Lawyers of all levels of experience for its Oil & Gas group in its Calgary, Alberta office. As a member of this Group, you will advise Clients through all stages of exploration, development and production which include but are not limited to transactional, regulatory, finance, tax and litigation matters. Knowledge of Oil & Gas mergers and acquisitions is an asset. Membership in good standings with the Alberta Bar Association is necessary. The successful candidate shall have a superior academic background, preferably from a top tier law school. Strong writing, communication and leadership skills are requisites along with the ability to work as part of a team. This is a great opportunity to become an employee of a very successful Law Firm.
