And in doing so, enjoying personal success and prosperity. We are looking for outgoing, enthusiastic individuals for a position as a Product Specialist. The primary duties and responsibilities of the Product Specialist include amongst other things: Achieves sales goals Greets and establishes rapport with customers Determines customer needs through qualification Provides customers with goods and services in the store Participates with the customer in designing audio and video concepts Executes a flawless follow up system to maintain a personal customer database Improves and refines sales and product skills through training and participation on store sales tracking system. Adheres to all company Policies and Procedures Collects all due funds from the customer Collects customer information completely and consistently Performs in-home delivery, set up, and tutoring where necessary Participates in the accurate control of inventory Actively participates in store maintenance and merchandising Daily cleaning and general housekeeping of showroom Daily cleaning of displayed products or as when required Assist in changing displays when required In store after sales service support Attend to customers for repair and service through receiving or collecting of repaired/service products Participates in store open and store close activities Attends store meetings as required by Store Manager Participates in marketing events Performs other duties and responsibilities as required Position Requirements Basic Qualifications Minimum Age – 18 English – Written and spoken on a high level Proven successful sales record Lives nearby or with reliable transportation to store location Education & Experience College Degree or other educational experience that indicates an interest and ability in learning 2 years of successful sales – some with a high profile or quality brand Priority is the intent to succeed Essential Personal Competencies Can carry a conversation - easy, smooth and clear communication Dependable Trustworthy Acts and thinks quickly Problem solving ability Well-organized in activity Sales Driven/ Focused on money Relationship Building Convincing & enthusiastic Other Preferred Personality Traits Has a sense of humor (creates a fun atmosphere in the store) Presentable (will follow dress codes) Imaginative and creative Mathematical ability Location: Calgary, AB Canada Compensation: Awesome package! | |
