You are a motivated and experienced mining exploration professional with a track record of discovery and success
You are looking to have direct drive compensation for your efforts and success and be part of a founding team in a dynamic environment

You already have the following attributes:

• 10 years experience in mining exploration including early stage to resource definition work
• Gold experience an asset
• Comfortable in a well financed junior company environment, but may have come from the majors
• A self starter who is prepared to make their own success
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Experience writing technical reports, making property deals and managing staff
