| Customer Service Representative (Mechanical Aptitude Essential) A mechanical aptitide is essential: This position will report to the Branch General Manager, and the primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, providing customer service support for Hustler turf products (residential, commercial, golf, industrial and electric mowers); responding to general customer inquiries; maintaining customer accounts; entering orders; responding to incoming parts, service and warranty calls; resolving customer issues and meeting specific goals, objectives and service level expectations. Qualifications: • Post-secondary education preferred with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of training and experience • Knowledge and demonstrated proficiency of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel are essential, • A mechanical aptitude is essential to assure efficient parts, service and warranty processing • Familiarity with Hustler turf equipment, marine and recreational product lines would be a definite asset If you are interested in this career opportunity, please forward your resume by Friday, May 7, 2010 | |
