Accounting Administrator

CarVer Property Management Inc is currently seeking an experienced accounting administrator. The successful candidate will be comfortable being challenged in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment where the responsibilities will focus mainly on Trust accounting, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Owner reconciliations

Requirements
- 5 years of accounting experience with strong working knowledge of Cash and Accrual accounting procedures and Quickbooks.
- Post-Secondary education in accounting or the equivalent of work-related experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office (with above-average skills in Excel)
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, analytical
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strict confidentiality on all company and financial information
- An ability to work independently while remaining team-oriented
- Responsible for all bookkeeping duties - A/P, A/R, Payroll, Data entry and reporting with a high degree of accuracy.
Compensation: Commensurate with experience
