Duties and Responsibilities
• Contract administration of area or project contract.
• Provide leadership within the corporate safety program to maintain excellence in safety performance.
• Direction and supervision of all project staff, including superintendents, quality control personnel, environmental specialists, safety advisors, and field supervisors.
• Ensure that all company and subcontractor operations meet any applicable industry and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate projects and production to ensure maximum resource utilization and adherence to budget and schedule.
• Oversee and maintain application of corporate quality system.

Education and Experience
• Required: Post-secondary technical training accompanied by extensive project management experience in the construction industry.
• Preferred: Engineering degree with 10 years experience in upper management positions, of which 5 years would be in the oilfield construction industry.

Skills
• Ability to form strong working relationships with diverse groups of people, including company employees at all levels, clients, and other outside professionals.
• Analytical and statistical knowledge using general business mathematical skills (able to prepare and understand budget reports).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid understanding of applicable regulations, especially in occupational heath and safety.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office, MS Project, or similar software systems.
