Job Description: Supervise Customer Service team in meeting overall defined objectives. Maintain processes and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction and the objectives set to maintain customer service. Schedule, coordinate and supervise employees in the installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting repair and maintenance activities as related to Harris products and auxiliary equipment according to company practices. Provide feedback to Operations/Regional Service manager on a regular basis. Communication and face to face visits with our customers on a routine basis are an essential part of the Client Services Managers responsibility. Will work in conjunction with the Operations/Regional Service Manager in managing operation of the Harris Facility providing customer service, revenue generation and cost stewardship to meet or exceed corporate goals. Provide feedback and input to RSM on Performance Reviews, participate with Operations Manager and RSM in Performance Improvement Plans. Participate in detailed planning and scheduling of projects, project meetings, etc. Complete and submit accurate schedules, weekly attendance reports and month-end reports on time. Ensure that safety practices are being followed at all times. Qualifications: B.S. Degree, preferably an engineering discipline 3-5 years of experience as Manager in customer service or service shop environment Valid drivers license 3 years experience with LAN and/or WAN operations 3-5 years experience with MS office applications (Window, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Minimum 5 years supervisory experience leading technicians and office personnel.
