Cascade Equipment is looking for someone interested in a position as a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative’s primary responsibilities include:
- Handling incoming sales calls and e-mails from customers
- Data Entry and order processing
- Working closely with other Sales Representatives to ensure high quality customer service
- Responsible for all Shipping/Receiving for Edmonton branch

Successful candidates must have:
- Proficiency with computers
- A minimum 3 years sales experience with a manufacturer/distribution company
- Technical understanding of valves, strainers, heat exchangers and pumps, and their uses would be an asset
- Completed post-secondary education in a related field is an asset
- Fluent written and spoken English

The Customer Service Representative is a permanent, full-time position, includes competitive wages, and an excellent benefits package.
