Store Manager / Sales Associate Position – FT & PT / Tailor- PT Whether you are looking for a full-time career, or a great part-time job, the position of Tip Top Tailors Sales Associate is the most important position in our company...You are the face that represents the Brand. Sales and promotion of product line Effectively communicate with Customers to ensure needs are met. Enhance the Customer's shopping experience by providing a welcoming environment. Assist in store operations Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and train others. Achieve personal sales targets Consistently seeks and applies up to date product knowledge Listen to customer feedback and communicate with store manager to identify opportunities for improvement. Loss prevention management, shipping and receiving of merchandise Store layout / merchandising. We believe great training is the foundation for exceptional performance.
