| Part-time merchandising team leader needed in Edmonton! Experienced Merchandising Team Leader required! We are looking for a dedicated merchandising expert to represent our client in convenience store locations at selected petroleum outlets throughout central Edmonton. The successful candidate will work with a small team to complete a territory of stores beginning in September. Within this program, you will: -Use your exceptional people and organizational skills. -Work with a team to ensure the merchandising objectives are achieved in each store. -Pack all site product according to Vendor/Category. -Merchandise each product section according to Planogram. -Audit each merchandised section to ensure accuracy. -Manage time effectively to complete all sites within a set deadline. Responsibilities: -Leading, coordinating and working with your team. -In-store inventory management, replenishing and rotating stock, discontinued vs new stock management. -Building and managing exceptional relationships with retailers and team members. -Reset all required sections accurately and in the time allotted. -Set up of new fixtures according to a specific layout, remerchandise each section according to Plan-o-gram. -Be a strong ambassador for the company. -Reporting. -Have Fun! Job Requirements -Strong attention to detail -Must own above ankle steel toed boots (CSA approved) -Must have experience leading a team -Must be available starting early September -Must be available for night shifts 8pm or later -Must be flexible and adaptable, able to handle changing priorities -Must have strong written and verbal communication skills -Must be computer savvy -Must have exclusive access to a reliable vehicle -Organized and results oriented -Derive satisfaction from the success of the program -Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs consistently CIM...the ‘BEST’ place to work! | |
