INSTRUCTOR, SCHOOL OF ENGINEERING TECHNOLOGIES

The School of Engineering Technologies is looking for an enthusiastic, team-oriented professional with broad, practical knowledge of the engineering industry to begin teaching in September 2008. The successful candidate will contribute to ongoing curriculum development and instruction in some or all the following areas: Irrigation Structures, Water Resources, Strength of Material Analysis, Statics, and Construction Management. An overview of the Engineering Technology programs as well as descriptions for these and other courses may be viewed online Lethbridge College Engineering.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate would possess an undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering and hold a Professional Engineer designation with APEGGA. A demonstration of extensive experience in the Civil Engineering industry is a must. Experience in other fields of Engineering would be a definite asset as would previous teaching experience.
