Qualifications for this person should include:

Excellent customer service skills
3-5year's experience with knowledge of off-road equipment (gen set knowledge an asset)
Effective communication skills both written and verbal
Must be well organized
Working knowledge of inventory control, markup and profit margin
Computer literate
Willingness to work as a team
Likes multi-tasking
Neat appearance, works well under pressure, is punctual and reliable


Functions:

Functions and basic requirements of a Parts Person within Frontier Power Products

A parts person is required to interact with external customers or with our service shop or both. He (she) will need to accurately find parts through on-line or paper sources, order items for immediate usage (not stock) and provide prompt order completion. Neat, legible paperwork is required and the parts person must be able to function well under the daily pressures of the job.

A parts person should be careful and thorough, as accuracy is extremely important. At the same time, the parts person must be able to prioritize tasks and respond quickly to customers' needs. He/she should be polite and helpful with good English skills.
