This position will act as the Single Point of contact and directly interface with the client. Responsibilities include being the single point of contact between the client and vendors in regards to IT Infrastructure issues including arranging repair visits with vendors, ensuring vendors have the right credentials to gain access to the site, handling all IT escalations, handling IT stock and ensuring stock management practices are followed. Some after hours support may also be required to assist Vendors with repair visits.

Must have a thorough knowledge of MS Vista and MS Outlook 2007
